By using the Nutritter service, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutritter
2. Your privacy is our first priority, but you are responsible for keeping your login and other personal information private. Nutritter cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
3. You must provide a valid email address and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
4. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of the United States.
5. You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded or created under your Nutritter account.
6. The ingredients provided as part of the Nutritter service are the property of Monkey Bed Media LLC. The recipes and food items you create with the Nutritter service, however, remain yours. By posting them you give Nutritter the perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right to display that content in any form on any Nutritter Service (whether by phone or over the internet) or anywhere else, without limitation. You also agree that you will only use any content you view at Nutritter for your own personal, non-commercial use.
7. The service, sites and applications provided are on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Nutritter.com nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the service, sites or applications. The information, facts, and opinions provided are no substitute for professional advice. Always consult your primary care physician for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and before undertaking a new diet or exercise plan. This Service and sites are for informational purposes and should be used in conjunction with health care professionals.
8. If you are adding data to the Nutritter database, you will provide the most accurate data possible. Any abuse or intentional input of false data will result in immediate account deletion and investigation.
9. You won't violate any security systems; transmit worms, viruses, or any other malicious code; or do anything destructive to or using any Nutritter Service.
10. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
11. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
12. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from Nutritter.
13. Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Nutritter customer, Nutritter employee, member, or manager will result in immediate account termination.

By signing up for Nutritter, you hereby agree to accept these terms and conditions and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monkey Bed Media LLC, it's managers, members and employees from any accidents, injuries, or direct or indirect damages of any kind which you may experience from the nutritional intake, recipes, or recommendations found on the Nutritter service.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and right to use any Nutritter or Monkey Bed Media Service if, in our sole opinion, you violate any of these Terms, or if you do anything else that might harm others or any Nutritter Service. We can also refuse to provide access to the Nutritter Service to any person, at any time, for any reason.
